Scholarship Application

As part of ongoing efforts to increase development opportunities for TDM professionals, SEACT will be awarding one (1) New Member Scholarships in the amount not to exceed $200 for use toward annual organizational, self-employed, retiree, or student membership in the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT). Additional costs for organizational memberships for 3 or more representatives will be at the cost of the organization. Once recipients are notified that they have been awarded the scholarship, they will be required to submit an ACT application online at www.actweb.org. SEACT will then submit payment for the annual membership directly to ACT on behalf of the recipient. Scholarships will be rewarded on a first-come-first-served basis.

NOTE: Applicants who have received a new member scholarship in the past two years may be ineligible for the SEACT New Member Scholarship program.

I hereby submit this application for a SEACT Scholarship to pay for a membership in the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT). If I am selected for a scholarship and for some reason cannot join, I will immediately notify the SEACT Board so the scholarship may be awarded to another applicant.”
